Kathy and Dan have always been very helpful in recommendations. Looking forward to purchasing a hot tub when they are not back logged on orders. I am not in a rush and I feel bad they have to deal with customers being upset that the hot tub or pool they want is not in stock right now. This pandemic has made lots of inventory unavailable. Kathy was great explaining it and I will definitely be back when I am ready. Very great communication on the availability of products.
