If within the first 10 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your new spa, Binner Pools, Inc. will refund the purchase price of the spa. Delivery charges, finance charges, construction, electrical, crane fees, water or other costs are not included in my refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee taken from the refund.

Service Guarantee

When you have a need for service, we guarantee to respond within 48 hours or less to meet that need.

30 Day Spa Exchange Guarantee

If within the first 30 days you decide that another model would better meet your needs, Binner Pools, Inc. will exchange the spa and apply the full purchase price to the exchange. If the exchange is less in price than the original spa, Binner Pools, Inc. will refund the difference (construction, electrical, crane fees, water, etc, are the responsibility of the customer).

Price Protection

If within 60 days of the date of purchase you see Binner Pools, Inc. advertise the same model at a lower price, Binner Pools, Inc. will refund the difference back to you. Not valid with floor models, year-end close-outs, used modes, etc.

Hot Tub Discount Card

Upon delivery of your spa, you will receive a hot tub chemical punch card for chemical discounts.

In Home Orientation

Upon delivery, Binner Pools, Inc. will educate your on spa orientation and proper water care.
